~ Emma and Richard ~
Both busy farmers, it was Emma who first got in touch with me for a Personal Branding photoshoot she needed for The YoungStock - a fun magazine aimed at children all about farming and the countryside she produces. When we were chatting she mentioned her forthcoming wedding......and I was delighted when they chose me to be their photographer for their big day!
We arranged a meeting in advance of their wedding day, on a cold morning in April at their farm near Leigh, Swindon, when we chatted through their plans and hopes for the day.
They had been planning their wedding for a long time (thanks Covid) and it was clear that they were working really hard to create a special day to remember for them, and all their friends and family. We discussed when would be a good time to capture some pictures of just the two of them, and which were the key shots they wanted. Their main brief for me was lots of relaxed reportage style images, the photos I love to take!
We also had some fun with a 'pre wedding' photoshoot.
Their wedding day was so much fun to photograph, and a joy to be part of. It was so sunny and warm, and every detail was so them and so perfect. They got married in the very beautiful Ashton Keynes Church, and then had a marquee in one of their fields. From the hand painted farm signs, the 'mini' photoshoot with their cows and Emma's very funny Bride's speech, Emma and Richard put their stamp on everything, and had a truly brilliant day. I also love taking photographs of dancing, and their were some ace moves on the dance floor!
Here are just a small sample of the 500+ photographs I delivered, giving them lots of lovely pictures of their stunning Wiltshire wedding to look back on. Congratulations Emma and Richard x
